OBSERVATIONS: I see people sitting waiting for there food. There is a blue sky and a moon. There are Green Trees, Tall Buildings, Tables, Chairs, Stores, Stone/Marble floor, Street Light, Buildings in the sky,Families outside with each other, buildings with there lights on, and a straight view of everything that is going on.
INFERENCE: People at a Diner where you can eat outside and be served by waitors. People arent asleep, and the time is around 8-9ish becase people are still outside eating and walking. Also looks like a fancy neighborhood because they have Stone/Marble floors.
INTERPRETATION: I think that this piece of art shows that you should spend time with your family and friends no matter what time it is, and how badly you dont want to spend time with them. Because one day your family or friends may not be there for you when you most need them. Also you should spend time with your family because you care about them and want to catch up on things with each other. This painting really caught my attention because of all the people outside, like it doesnt matter what time it is, you should always have time for your family and friends, or even spend time with people you dont really know, and get to know them.
